Nancy was born on March 28, 1958, in St. Louis, MO, the daughter of Dr. Phillip B. and Priscilla L. (Hammond) Foreman.
A beloved daughter, sister, aunt, cousin and "little friend", as her father referred to her. She is survived by her mother, Priscilla Foreman of Hannibal, MO, her siblings, Susan Humphreys (Jim) of Hannibal, MO, David Foreman (Pam) of Springfield, MO, Carolyn Evanovich (Evan) of Pittsburgh, PA, and Katrinka Arthaud (Brent) of Sutton, MA; nieces and nephews, Ryan, Jonathan, Laura, Blake, Jayci, Skylar, Derrick, Devan, Taylor and Lauren; great nieces and nephews and numerous cousins and extended family.
She was preceded in death by her father, Dr. Phillip B. Foreman, M.D.
Nancy was a thorough, precise CRNA at Missouri Baptist Medical Center in St. Louis for thirteen years, until her passing. She previously worked at the hospitals in Springfield and Joplin.
Nancy was a strong-willed lady who was known for being an entrusted CRNA, Jack of All Trades, constant teacher, and mentor. She was very generous, a photographer at every gathering and a devout Christian who loved spreading the Word of her Lord and Savior Jesus. Away from work, Nancy achieved her pilot's license, enjoyed traveling around the world, with Israel being her last trip. Most of her trips included scuba diving with underwater photography. Medical Mission trips were something near and dear to Nancy's heart. She has been on mission trips to Tanzania, and the Mercy Ship twice each, also to Honduras about twenty times, at times working alongside her father, Dr. Phillip Foreman.
Nancy was a member of PEO Chapter IN and was a former member of Big Creek Evangelical Presbyterian Church.
Pallbearers will be Nancy's nieces and nephews.
Memorial contributions may be made to Honduras Medical Missions. Please make checks payable to Health Caring Services, Inc., in care of Smith Funeral Home & Chapel.
