Nancy L. (Burkhart) O'Brien, age 73, of Hannibal, MO passed away at 5:41 p.m. Thursday, August 14, 2025, at Hannibal Regional Hospital. A Memorial service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, August 20, 2025 at Waters Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Evergreen Memorial Gardens in Vandalia, MO. Visitation celebrating Nancy's life will be held at 10 a.m. until 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Waters Funeral Home.
