Pat was a member of the La Grange Christian Church. In addition to her "favorite job" of being a mother and "grandma," she was employed at Motorola, American Safety and Culver-Stockton College. Her personality and joking nature was known by many, through her waitress years at Pete's Boat House, Hazel's Cafe and Monticello Café. She always had a "joke" to go along with her smile. She served the community as a Boy Scout Troop leader. Pat's greatest love was being surrounded by family, friends and laughter. "Momma Pat's" house was always open to all.

She is also survived by brother-in-law, Roger Cottrell of La Grange, MO, plus several nieces and nephews that were very dear and special to her. She was preceded in death by her spouse of 61 years, who always called her "Babe," her parents, her siblings Mary Jane Raleigh and Charlie Russell Yager, and sister-in-law Nancy Cottrell. My first job was waitressing with Pat at Hazel's Cafe. She taught me so much and made the day entertaining. She was a wonderful person who touched the life of many. Rest In Peace.
