Randall "Randy" Anthony Rees, age 61 died on Tuesday, May 17, 2022, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Randy was born in Quincy, IL on June 16, 1960, a son of Edward Henry Rees and Mary Elizabeth (Beth) McCracken.
He was a graduate of Highland High School and Northeast Missouri State University. He was a Professional Land Surveyor and enjoyed being outdoors for his work.
Randy was a proud brother of the Pi Kappa Phi fraternity. He was an avid St. Louis cardinal fan and Kansas City Chiefs fan. He enjoyed spending time outdoors whether it be fishing, bird hunting, deer hunting or grilling. He enjoyed playing games, watching sports, spending time with family, and Friday night poker. He was a loving and proud father and grandfather.
Randy is survived by his children Andrew (Danielle) White of Quincy, IL, Skylar (Rachel) White of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, Madison (Koby) Brown of Liberty, IL, Cooper Rees of Quincy, IL; His grandchildren: Jude, Nora, Jael, Isla and Hazel; His siblings: Mark (Debbie) Rees of Chesterfield, MO, Jamie (Kim) of Quincy, IL, Kevin (Patty) McCracken of Steffenville, MO, Leslie Rees of Quincy, IL and Dana Rees of Quincy, IL. Randy is survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A celebration of life ceremony will be held May 22, 2022, at 1:30 at Quincy Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, please consider making donations to the family to cover funeral expenses or Barnes Jewish Hospital in care of Ball-Davis Funeral Home, Ewing, MO.
