William "Billy" E. Baker Jr., 68, of Quincy, passed away Thursday, September 4, 2025, at Blessing Hospital in Quincy, IL. Friends and Family are invited to Billy's Life Celebration at a visitation that will be Monday, September 15, 2025, from 4 pm to 6 pm at O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy, IL. A Memorial Service will be at 10 am Tuesday, September 16, 2025, at the O'Donnell-Cookson Life Celebration Home in Quincy. Burial will follow at New Providence Cemetery in Ursa, IL.
