Vance Lee Weber
March 5, 1956-June 2, 2012

Vance Lee Weber passed away on June 2, 2012 in Whittier, California. Born on March 5, 1956 in Ft. Worth, Texas, Vance was born to Elmer & Charlene Weber.
As a young man, Vance grew up in
Arlington, Texas. As an adult, he worked in Engineering for Union Pacific as well as Amtrak in the railroad industry. In his occupation, as a Railroad Engineer, he lived in many places around the country, including Fort Worth, Texas; Huntington Beach, California; and La Mirada, California, before coming to live in Whittier.
He was passionate about music; an avid fan of the Grateful Dead. He loved the outdoors. And on many occasions, he was known to take scenic drives to explore and enjoy nature.
Vance is survived by his son; Justin Weber, sister; Terri Weber, mother; Charlene Carmichael, and many other beloved friends.

Hey Uncle Van,( I still here ya sayin hi darlin..) We are so going to miss you.I hope you know how much we all love you!I know Gizmo is gonna miss you like crazy. Our hearts are broken and can't believe you are gone. It just doesn't seem right. My poor dad has not only lost his mom, but now his best friend,and his brother. Thank you for always been there for us and holding our hand the past few weeks. You were a great person and friend But to us you were a great uncle! We love you Uncle van Brandy, Dave, Hailey, Taylor and of course Gizmo!

Van I love and miss you sooo VERY MUCH.. You were a great brother to me and I am glad I had 53 years with you. We had a great childhood, and I eventually followed You out here to Cali. I loved everything you showed me here and all the adventures you led us on. I am sad, hurt that I didn't get one last goodbye or I love You,, a hug,, if I could have that one last chance. I know You had one of the worse diseases ever and You tried Your darndest to stay on top of it,,God knew (as Rich B) says You were fighting for Your life everyday . We will meet again and I know that You will be mine and Moms angel. You have many people that love and care about You. Thanks for Rich and Laurie for taking My brother under Your Wings! God Bless You! You better be waiting for me at THE PEARLY GATES or I'm telling Mom on You! and God PLEASE take extra care of My Brother for he has had a hard life down here on earth!
