Robert A. Capasso

Robert A. (Bob) Capasso a lifelong Arlington resident, died on January 25th 2017 of pancreatic cancer. He fought a good fight aided by the compassionate oncology team at Beth Israel Deaconess in Needham and VNA Hospice Care of Needham. He enjoyed life and was a wonderful father, grandfather, and friend. He loved coaching his childrens Arlington sports teams and he was a huge Boston sports fan. In recent years Bob enjoyed ballroom dancing, white water rafting, hot air balloon rides, golf, and dining with friends and family. Bob was the younger of 2 siblings | and was predeceased by his brother Peter R. Capasso, mother Vera (Piscopo) Capasso, and father Peter C. Capasso. He leaves behind his son Michael Capasso of Arlington, his daughter Elisabeth Pines, her husband Zak, three treasured grandchildren Lia, Will, and Callie of Acton, and ex-wife Regina Capasso of Malden as well as his girlfriend Pat Menard of Dedham and her two daughters Chantal Letourneau and Daniele Menard.
