Dear Jody and family,
I was so sad to read about Jim's passing. We worked together at Heath Consultants for many years and he was such a pleasure to have around. He was such a smart man and knew everything about Heath; he was "the go to guy" whenever there was a question about anything. If I was working on something difficult, all I had to do was pick up the phone and call Jim - he always had the answer. He was one of a kind. I know he will be deeply missed by all.
My very deepest sympathies,
Janis Tilden
You will never be out of my thoughts. I love you Dad!

Mrs. Nash, Cindy, Joq, and family,
I am very saddened to learn of Mr. Nash's passing. I have never forgotteaaron you did for me as I grew up on your farm. The many dogs, cats and horses is what we told everyone we were going to your house for. But it was always to see you two, Cindy when she was there and Joq too.
There are so many great memories, I could never tell them all. Mr. Nash drove me and Brian Anderson all the way up to Mt. Sunapee for our first real skiing trip. Then the following year another trip up to Killington. I remember it like it was yesterday. We drove up in the four door pick up truck, full of cigar smoke, a hay bail or two in the back, and a few road soda's. As Brian and I went skiing, Mr. Nash hung out patiently all day and we drove back to Franklin. At Killington we stayed the night, another first or me. I still remember seeing those mountains for the first time. Those skiing trips were such great thrills for me. There are so many other stories. All of which are great that bring smiles looking back now.
Both of you were like extended family to me, my sister and brothers. I have often thought of all of you since I moved away from Franklin. And when I go home, I drive by the old house and smile again, because there are so many great memories there. I will miss Mr. Nash, but I know he will bring smiles to many in haven. Thank you Mr. Nash for all you did for me. You made an great impact my life.

Dear Jody,
It has been a very long time since we have seen one another. I have missed you and Jim all of these years since you left Franklin. I am sure that Jim got a great deal of pleasure from watching the grandchildren growing up.
We always had such a good time together in the old days. I think that Jim knew how to extract fun from almost any situation. He had a very quick wit. I will never forget the candidates' night when he was running for reelection to the planning board. Ken White had just given his native son speel. Then Jim got up and began his oration with, "I have been a life long resident of Franklin for seven years!"
Those words brought the house down and showed that being a life long resident was not a qualification for anything. He always brought some excitement, laughs, and humor to deadly dull proceedings.
Jim was always willing to help outsomebody out when he could. He really liked people and had a ready quip to liven up any gathering no matter how badly he may have personally felt at the time. He loved to be involved in civic affairs. He loved conversation and was a great natural philosopher. Even though I have not seen him over the last decade, I shall miss him as a life force on this planet which is a much sadder place for his not being here.
But in many ways he is still with us in memory, and his rich legacy of fun with be with us still as long as we are alive. If you still have that monumental pile of bisque figurines, I am sure that you can still picture him selecting each and every one of them as gifts for you.
My best to you and your wonderful family Dearest Jody.
Jim
