Anna F. (Chiavaroli) Mattie, 80, of Braintree, passed away peacefully on Wednesday November 30, 2016, surrounded by her loved ones. Anna was a loving and strong willed woman and above all a devoted mother. Anna was born in Quincy, January 24, 1936. She was the daughter of the late Joseph and Gina Chiavaroli and the sister of late Regina Gallagher of Braintree and Joseph Chiavaroli and his wife Jeanna of Avon. Anna worked at Twinbrook Insurance Brokerage for many years. She loved watching her beloved New England Patriots and Boston Red Sox, cooking, keeping a tidy home, socializing with her girlfriends, and spending time with her family. Her life will be forever cherished in the lives of her family. She was a loving wife to the late Thomas Mattie of Braintree. She was a devoted mother to Sharon Inglis of Deltona, Fla., Jeffrey Mattie of Cambridge, Kellie Farina and her husband Vincent of Plymouth, and Thomas Mattie and his wife Patricia of Nottingham NH. She was a devoted grandmother to Jessica Scopelleti and her husband Marc, Amanda Simonds, Michael Farina and his wife Amanda, Paul Simonds, Alexi and Heidi Mattie, Marisa Mattie, Aimee Schnipke and her husband Dale, and four great-grandchildren Cameron, Cali Rose, Vincent and Isla. She also was beloved by many dear cousins, nieces and nephews, relatives, and friends. Relatives and friends are respectively invited to attend visiting hours Sunday, December 4, from 3 to 7 p.m. at Bolea-Buonfiglio Funeral Home, 116 Franklin Street, Quincy. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, December 5 at Saint Johns Parish in Quincy at 10 a.m. and a burial followed at Mount Wollaston Cemetery. boleafuneralservices.com
