Kandi Hayden Obituary

Kandi Elizabeth Hayden, 63, after a brief illness and valiant fight passed away on September 26, 2013. She was a much loved daughter, sister, and aunt. Her tenacity and generosity was truly inspiring. The care, love, and affection she gave to her family will always stay with them. She was born in Natick on August 2, 1950. She attended Framingham High School graduating in 1968 and graduated from Chamberlayne/ Mount Ida College in 1970. She worked for New England Telephone/Verizon for nearly 30 years. Kandi was the loving daughter of Lilla Dunham Hayden and the late David Hayden, dear sister to Sandra McLaughlin and Sherri Anderson, and brother-in-law James Anderson. She was dedicated to and loved her nieces, Lisa McLaughlin Augerson and Amanda Anderson McCarty, and nephews, Douglas McLaughlin, David McLaughlin and Jamie Anderson, as well as her many grand-nephews and nieces. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. A Memorial Service celebrating Kandis life will be held on Saturday, October 19, 2013 at 12:30 pm at the John C. Bryant Funeral Home, 56 Pemberton Road (off Rte 30), Cochituate Village, Wayland, MA. For those who desire, donations in memory of Kandi may be made the Miriam Boyd Parlin Hospice Residence, 10 Green Way, Wayland, MA 01778.
