Hi, I was Sean’s Doctor at the VA in The amputee clinic. It was my pleasure to spend time with Sean over the past 4 1/2 years and grew to love him. I tried to get him into a prosthesis so he could walk. I am very sorry for your loss and he will truly be missed at the VA.-David Blaustein

May you Rest In Peace my friend you are now free of your pain. I will remember all the good times we had when we hung out. I will miss all the talks we used to have and you were there to get me though the tough time, and you always made me laugh.

Sean... I first met you when we were young CO'S working @ Walpole. You were a great friend. You were always willing to lend a hand, an ear, or whatever was needed. The thing I appreciated most was your loyalty though.. I've been there with you through the good times and bad. I always felt like a big brother to you, and although you didn't always heed my advice I know you listened. I'm going to miss your texts EVERY November 10th wishing me a "HAPPY BIRTHDAY MARINE". And though I know you're in a better place, I'm going to miss you ALOT. See you on the other side, and rest in peace my brother. My condolences to Paul and Connie. Love, Steve
