Paran, MBC, in Indianapolis, Bryan was active in youth fellowship as he was growing up. A graduate of North Central High School, he completed his undergraduate studies at Purdue University. Bryan earned both of his graduate degrees from The University of Notre Dame, including his MA PSY in 1989 and Ph.D. in Psychology in 1993. Bryan completed his Neuropsychology Internship at Central State Hospital, his Neuropsychology Residency at University of South Florida and his Neuropsychology Post Doctoral training at Hillcrest Rehabilitation Hospital in Pennsylvania. Practicing as a Clinical Neuropsychologist, Dr. Hudson founded both Pediatric Neuropsychology Associates and Geriatric Behavioral Consultants at Methodist Hospital in Indianapolis and specialized in providing diagnostic accuracy to cases with elusive diagnostic clarity. He also participated in the development of numerous academic training programs including the Clinical Psychology Graduate program at the University of Indianapolis and the Neuropsychology Clinical, Research and Training Program at St. Vincent's Hospital-Indiana Neuroscience Institute, where he served as the Clinical Training Director. Dr. Hudson was appointed to the Indiana Governor's Board of Traumatic Brain Injury in 1999. Dr. Hudson also presented nationally and internationally at professional conferences concerned with neurological and related medical conditions. Dr. Hudson spent 15 years consulting with the Federal Judicial System as a Forensic Neuropsychologist, evaluating the neurodevelopmental and neurofunctional status of individuals facing the death penalty. He also served as a medical consultant for VoCare, Inc. a telehealth platform and oversaw the development of telemedicine procedures for incarcerated individuals. During the past 6 years, while Bryan underwent cancer treatment and was unable to see patients, he co-founded, with his wife, CNS e-Health, where they developed multiple patent -pending algorithms and cloud based solutions to support optimal brain health, development and aging as well as clinical support related to screening, treating and monitoring brain health and preventing brain injury and illness across the lifespan. Prior to cancer, for leisure, Dr. Hudson, with his wife and children, traveled extensively around the world, off the beaten path, to bring evidence-based intervention and support to children and their families who were struggling with neurodevelopmental disorders and acquired brain injuries. Bryan was a humble, patient and compassionate man who gave freely of his time and expertise to those people and projects he loved and admired. He was a thoughtful deep thinker who also had a dry sense of humor and a quick wit. He loved music of all kinds,The University of Notre Dame and, above all else, his family and his unshakeable faith. He was a dedicated member of St. Stephens Episcopal Church in Cohasset. He was a devoted husband, father, son, brother and friend; a brilliant and compassionate neuroscientist, clinician, teacher and an invaluable human being to many. He will long be remembered for his kindness and gentle nature in how he treated individuals. His positive approach to life, deep character, determination and strength as well as his commitment to thrive with cancer have left a deep impression on his family, friends, patients and students from around the world. I am so sorry I could not be there to pay tribute to our friend Bryan! I planned to be there but in the end realized no one would want me there coughing and sneezing like I was. He was a super guy, I am sorry for those who will never get the chance to know. Much love to his family.

Bryan was a brilliant clinician and a wonderful collaborator. Such a kind and generous soul. I'll always remember his soft demeanor and gentle approach to patients, families, and staff - and the way he would "glide" down the hallways! I learned so much from both he and Stephanie and I was so glad that I "recruited" them to enhance the care of children in our pediatric rehabilitation unit at Methodist Hospital Indianapolis. I was fortunate to be able to continue to work with them at St. Vincent Indianapolis as well where he continued to inspire me. I have yet to have seen replicated his insight and his enthusiasm for his profession. I'm grateful to have had the time we had together. With deepest condolences to Stepanie, Bryan's family, and all who hold him dear.

I will long remember the peace, the sense of calm and serenity he brought. I will also remember the stories, the laughter, the enlightenment. Taken too soon, Bryan still had so much to give. His departure is a loss felt deeply, more than any loss felt before. I know we will be guarded by his careful watch. We were in the company of a true soldier of God. A champion of humanity. A beaming light in this age of perpetual darkness. May he protect all of us as we continue our slog through the mire of this world. I knew him short but LONG will I miss him.

Bryan, I was looking on the Internet this afternoon for something neuropsychological in Indianapolis and came upon your obituary. It's funny how we are led to where we need to be in life. While I only knew and worked with you for a short time, I was always impressed with the strength of your intellect, your knowledge, your spirit, your wit, and your gentle kindness for those you cared for. I will always be thankful that our life paths crossed. My deepest condolences, Stephanie. I will let all of his former colleagues at Community Hospitals know of this great loss.

I called him Dr H. I was proud to call him my friend. He had a quiet strength and wisdom. He was successful, not boastful. His love for his family was abundantly evident. He was generous, bold, unafraid. Dr H was a gentle, caring man. He was pretty good at his grilling also. I miss him. He said I could call him my "homey". Bryan was my friend. Bryan is my friend. He is my dearest friend's partner and soul mate. The pain of the physical loss of this man leaves me wordless, and with out the eloquence he so deserves. Bryan lived the way we are all called to live. He allowed God to work through him.

Brilliant, charming, gifted, superlative in most everything are words that describe Bryan, but what most will remember about him is that he "walked on water" daily. It is his faith that outshines even his genius.

Stephanie, my dear friend, you are a light in great darkness. God's hand has always been on you and will always continue to be there. In an ancient chapel in France during your wedding, I felt what I understood to be the presence of God. That moment was for you and Bryan for all time.

Thank you Bryan for being the man you were called to be. Your life gives us courage to live a life full of faith. Thank you for being my friend, teacher and by dear friend's partner. I love you both.

CONDOLENCE

TO: Stephanie, the love of his life, the children, Sis. Juanita Hudson, devoted mother, siblings and other family members:

We were sadden to hear of the passing of Dr. Bryan A. Hudson, but we couldn't help the moment we heard the news, that God must have needed one more beautiful flower in the of mist of His garden, and there was Bryan. Bryan will no longer have to suffer, and the tears he'll shade, will be tears of joy for he will have a new home in glory.

We know that you will all certainly miss him, so cry, but then wipe the tears from your eyes and remember that we will see him again. (John 14:1 states)
"Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my Father's house are many mansions; if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. And, if I go and prepare a place for you, I'll come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also."

Our love, and prayers are with you at this time.

Humbly Submitted,
Mount Nebo Missionary Baptist Church
