We just wanted to let your family know how sorry and saddened we are at the loss of Jake. He was a friend of our daughter, Brynne. He was a unique and beautiful soul. He would at times stand in our driveway and catch the bus with Brynne. He always greeted us with a warm smile. Please take comfort that although his time on earth was brief, it was meaningful and he touched many hearts. With our deepest sympathies and our fondest memories, The Connolly Family

I am so deeply sorry for your loss. Jake was friends with my son and it is evident how much your son meant to the students at EB High. I had the privelage of meeting Jake once and he was a very polite, funny kid. I hope you can find peace that your son touched so many lives in his 15 years. Thinking of all of you during this tough time.
