My deepest condolences to the family, may you find comfort and strength from the God of all comfort in this difficult time (Isiah 26:19)

I am very sad about Mitchell's passing. He was a dear friend. We grew up together on Kings Beach Terrace...spent many hours kidding each other, telling jokes, talking about dates, double dating.. Once time we double dated and he played me and me him Got very confusing when we both forgot what we were doing. I remember when the Comins moved spending lots of sundays at the pool at Mitch's new home and out on the boat with his Mitch's grandfather. I will remember Mitchell as a wonderful person, genuinely funny and caring, and a very decent human being and friend. Lots of memories. To Edie and Norman, be well and cherish Mitchell's many good times with all of you. Love Marshall Kaplan

So very sorry to hear the sad news. So many great memories of time with Mitch & Merle. All our trips together, especially to Puerto Rico. Time spent in the casinos & then 4:00 AM breakfasts. One of these pre sleep breakfasts had Sammy Davis Jr. taking a seat on Mitchell's lap. He always called me Aunty Barby & I always called him uncle MItchell. In more recent times I enjoyed bumping into him with Gloria at the Salem State lecture series still calling me Aunty Barby. Wish I could spend time with the family now, but am a full time resident of Sarasota
