Brendan Mahoney Obituary

Brendan Mahoney, of Bayonne, New Jersey, formerly of Marshfield and Duxbury, Mass., passed away suddenly on April 26, 2016, at the age of 27. Brendan was the beloved son of Joseph E. and Clare E. (Smith) Mahoney of Marshfield; dear grandson of Alice E. Mahoney and the late Joseph E. Mahoney and the late Clarence and Eleanor Smith. Brendan leaves his uncles and aunts, Janice and Martin Flaherty of Florida, Jeanne and Jonathan Aron of Wayland, James M. and Elaine Mahoney of Yarmouth, Maine, Peter T. and Pamela Campbell Smith of Duxbury, Betsy and Maurice Schweighauser of Waldoboro, Maine; and many cousins and friends. Brendan was a personal trainer at Equinox in Summit, New Jersey. Memorial donations, in lieu of flowers, can be made to the Marshfield Boys and Girls Club, 37 Proprietors Drive, Marshfield MA 02050 or online at marshfieldbgc.com.
