Randy was just a sweet guy that was so enjoyable to be around. We sat at the same table at many of the SEMPCA meetings and I enjoyed hearing many of the stories and he was just a delightful man. He will be missed.

Randy always had a smile, warm hug and a great story or two to go with his infectious laugh. His love for life and living fully can be seen in his family that remain. He will be sorely missed by all that knew him.

Randy was active till the end. He represented Law Enforcement well and I really enjoyed listening to all the stories along the way. We did lunch together once a month at the Chiefs meeting for the last several years. He was also a big help at the senior center! You will be sorely missed.
