Marilyn, Peggy, and Jimmy - I am sorry to hear of your mother's passing. I could not make the wake as I planned so I wanted to express condolences here. She was among the sweetest people I have ever known and she will be missed. Hugs to all of you.

Dear Marilyn ,Peggy and Jimmy,
I was sad to hear of your mothers passing, allot of my years were spent on Henshaw Street and I will never forget how wonderful she was to me and my family in all those years..such fond memories going back to my childhood when she lived in the 3 decker and then the house, no one could ask for a more nicer, caring, and loving neighbor than your mom, she was a "special" person, my thoughts and prayers are with you...Lena Torchia MacInnis

Lynne, our children and I were very sad to hear of Kay's passing. She was a part of teaching us the fish business when she worked with us many years ago at Sea to You in Waltham. She continued to be an inspiration to me and my brother Paul during our many visits to her home on Henshaw Street. We'd sit at the kitchen table or front porch, enjoy great conversations as well as her delicious brownies. She will alway be remembered by our family as a hard working, devoted mother and friend.
