William Lanciloti Obituary

William J. Lanciloti Sr., 91, of Newton, passed away on April 22nd, 2021. Beloved husband of the late Dorothy J. (Nicolazzo) and loving father of William Jr., Michael, Cynthia, Stephen, Scott (Dana) and the late Dianne. He is also survived by six grandchildren; Adam, Chistopher, Madeline, Logan, Violet and Calla. Dear brother of Laverne Mercerau and the late June Lane. Affectionately known as "Guido" Bill grew up outside of Chicago where he excelled in speed skating and baseball. In his 60's and 70's, he roller skated weekly while spending his winters in Florida. In his 80's, he still loved to dance and at 87, he played pool every night for two hours. Mr. Lanciloti was a veteran of the US Army, having served during the Korean War. Cindy, Billy, Scott, And Michael,
I am just learning of your dad's passing late last month. I loved our dad! He was a real lady's man, as well as a proud parent and great partner to Dottie!
