Paul Valzania

Paul Francis Valzania, 75, of Plymouth at home on September 9, 2015. Husband of Barbara Mooney Valzania of Plymouth. Predeceased by wife, Maryellen (Meehan), of Medfield. Proud father of David and his wife, Laura, of Boxford, Lynn Kenney and her husband, Mike, of Avon, CT, and Michael and his spouse, Jim Knight, of St Louis, MO. Brother of Joan Allen of Millis, Richard Valzania of Plymouth and Judy Roy of Plymouth. He also leaves 5 grandchildren (Catie, Jack, Caroline, Mairin and Evelyn) whom he adored. Born in Boston, Paul was the son of Frank and Evelyn (White) Valzania, he graduated from Boston College High School and Boston College with a BA in Finance. Paul was an avid reader and was a self-employed salesman. He had the gift of gab, a great sense of humor and loved to socialize with anyone who would take the time to stop and talk. Visiting hours will be held at the Davis Funeral Home 619 State Road (Rte. 3A) Plymouth (Manomet) on Sunday, September 13, from 3 to 6 p.m. A Funeral Mass is being held at St. Marys Parish, 313 Court St. North Plymouth on Monday, September 14, at 10 a.m. Burial will be private at a later date. In lieu of flowers, donations in Pauls memory may be made to Hope Hospice, 765 Attucks Lane, Hyannis, MA 02601.
