Ann M. Fitzmaurice

Ann M. (McQuaid) Fitzmaurice, of Wellesley, passed on April 30th, 2021. Ann was a retired elementary school teacher for the city of Newton and a former chairperson of the Wellesley School Committee. B eloved wife of Laurence D. Fitzmaurice. Loving mother of Laura Ramel of Summerville, SC., Meghan Dolan of Avon, CT., and the late Peter Fitzmaurice. Grandmother of Justin, Kristen, Sara, Jae, Brendan, Erin and Meghan. Great-grandmother of Addison, Rylee, Diana and Peter. Sister of Susan Walsh of Seabrook, NH., and Peter McQuaid of San Diego, CA. Also survived by several loving nieces and nephews. A Funeral Mass was held for Ann in St. John the Evangelist Church, Wellesley on May 8th.
