Jan was so friendly and a regular at the hospital, as he was a volunteer and ate lunch almost every day here. Many will miss his smiling face and small talk conversations on their way to the cafeteria. I also did some exercise classes with Jan at the health trac, and when out and about shopping, I´d run into him as well where he got to meet my boys. The news of Jan saddens me. Rest easy Jan, you will be missed by many!

I´m so sorry to hear this. Jan was always so sweet when I´d see him around town. He always called me "buddy" and asked how I was doing. He spent a lot of time at McDonald´s debating theology with my grandpa before he passed away during COVID. I´ll really miss Jan, and I´m sorry for your family´s loss.
