Douglas Fischer Obituary
Douglas Carl Fischer, 26, of Wilton, CT and Franklin, MA, passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. A man of few words, Doug possessed a brilliant, inventive mind, a dry wit and a calming presence. He was a 2012 graduate of Wilton High School and a 2016 Mechanical Engineering graduate of UConn at Storrs. For the last four years Doug was a Technical Field Engineer for Neff Automation. Doug is survived by his parents, Gini and Mark Fischer, his sister, Sharon Fischer, his grandmother Louise Frank, numerous aunts and uncles, first cousins, their spouses and children.
A celebration of Doug's life will be held in early June. He will be deeply missed and forever loved.
