Dear Susan, Jean, Edward, and all the Blodgetts, I am so sorry to hear the news about Victoria. I still have vivid memories of playing with “Vicky” when she was a very little kid and we all roamed back and forth down the lane and through your yard. She was an exuberant little kid and someone whose presence was noticed! And now, such a sense of loss. Those I know who crossed paths with her at Yale were happy to know her and remarked about how great she was. By the time I realized who she was, she had left and I regret not connecting with her. My deepest condolences to all of you in this saddest of times. Nancy Faughnan

Dear Blodgett Siblings,
How very sad I was to learn of your sister's passing. I have fond memories of all of you. I was thinking back with a smile on my face--the two of us playing across the street at Frances Hills' for hours on end; sniffling & wiggling in our wet bathing suits at Silver Springs CC; and forever her intelligence & DELICIOUS sense of humor! I bid you peace during your time of great sorrow, and hope these memories wrap your hearts in a blanket of comfort. She was a dear 'ol chum.
In Remembrance,
-Emily

What a wonderful student Vickie was when I taught at New Hampton (1977-1980). We kept in touch afterwards -will miss her and her life-affirming energy!

Victoria and I met at the early stages of the Graduate Careers Consortium and immediately bonded. We shared our wicked sense of humor that brought us together. Victoria had excellent analytical skills and always knew what questions to ask. Her interpersonal skills were exceptional and although I never saw her interact with students, I am sure that they benefited from her wise counsel. I enjoyed staying connected through FB and have missed her postings. I send positive thoughts to Susan and Victoria’s family.
