Michael Thompson Obituary
Survivors include his wife of 22 years, Cynthia Thompson; children, Mark Ramsey (Carmen) of Canton, Ga., Dawn Johnson (Derrick) of Nashville, Tenn., Melinda Grimes of Jasper, Ga., Anthony Thompson (Cristina), Bellingham, Wash., Matthew Ramsey (Jennifer) of Lakeland, Fla., and Nicholas Thompson (Michelle) of Fort Wayne; 12 grandchildren, Miranda Blansett, Morgan Blansett, Melody Blansett, Megan Blansett, Riley Grimes, Allyson Grimes, Natalie Grimes, Jamison Ramsey, Tyler Ramsey, Elijah Johnson, Quinn Thompson and Caleb Thompson; one great granddaughter, Jayda Hondras; a brother, Craig Thompson of Greenville, S.C.; a nephew, Brian Thompson; a niece, Caroline Thompson; and loving friends, John, Pam, Kaitlyn and Carolyn Huppmann.
He was preceded in death by his parents, William and Barbara Thompson of Winchester.
The family will receive friends from 4:30 to 6:45 p.m. Tuesday at Click Funeral Home Middlebrook Chapel, Knoxville, Tenn., followed by a celebration of life at 7 p.m.
