Steven Carl Stump

1957 - 2021

Steven Carl Stump, 63, of Winchester, IN passed away peacefully on December 28, 2021 at his residence. He was born December 31, 1957 to the late Carl and Patricia (Thompson) Stump. He married Connie Stephen on December 30, 1983 and she survivies.
Steve was a 1976 graduate of Union City Community High School and attended Hobert Welding School. He was a former mould shop supervisor at Ardagh Group and a skilled welder and Carpenter. He also was a member of the Masonic Lodge, South Salem Church of Christ, and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends, especially their trips to South Dakota and Panama City Beach, Florida.
Survivors include his children Stevie (Jenn) Sandifar of Winchester, IN, Stacy (Jeremy) Brandenburg of Winchester, IN; grandchildren Luke and Roman Sandifar, Justin, Dakota, Wiley, and Hayden Brandenburg, Sisters; Rhea Rice-Lowe of South Carolina, Rhonda Stump-Rust of Ridgeville, IN; sister in law Cathy Stephen-Miller; nieces and nephews Nathan (Carol) Rust, Sara Rust (Josh Thornhill), Aaron (Amanda) Rice, Eric (Jessica) Rice, Andrea (James) Carrol, Shannon (Glenn) Fitzgerald, Stephen (Katie) Hartley, Carrie (Dustin) Baldwin,; many great nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by brother in laws Scott Rice, Mike Rust, and Kellie Stephen.
A celebration of life visitation will be held at Reichard Funeral Home, 400 W. Deerfield Road on Sunday January 16, 2022 from 1 pm to 3 pm.
Burial will take place at Fountain Park Cemetery at the convenience of the family.
