Preceded in death by her parents; sister, Wilma Phares; great-granddaughter, Amirah Wade. Survived by her loving husband of 26 years, Michael; children, Kevin (April) Fowler, Tim (Megan) Fowler, Billy (Sarah) White and Loren; 13 grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren; siblings, Robert (Janet), Mike (Judy), Johnny (Lori), Steve, Phillip (Mary), Janette (John) Riggs; her extended family and many good friends from around the world.
The family is planning private services at a later date.
