I am so sorry and didn't know until I was looking at the obituaries.
Brian gave me my 1st car loan at CCB in Winston Salem. My mother was a customer of his in Rural Hall branch.
I am so very sorry for your loss.
I pray that God will bring peace to family.
Brian was a wonderful man and helped so many.
My condolences

I will try again. Laree, how many games you,Brian and I,cheered on the Deacs, always pulling for them. Remember the numerous trips to watch NCAA Regional Tournaments. Times we were together at SS at Kingswood. Linda and I cherish our friendship and love for the both of you. Your family will be in our prayers during this time of sadness. Remember the best is yet to come for Brian and all of us. Much love, Barry and Linda Raker

John and I enjoyed working with Brian for many years at the Friends of the Rural Hall Library. He helped the group with its tax status and kept the books. He was always helping the group to promote literacy.
