David holds a special place in the hearts and souls of so many. He taught me during one of my darkest hours to have faith in myself and to reach for my dreams. I shall miss him greatly but I'll never forget him. My hope for you, David's family, is a passing of this grief as memories fill you with the sense of David's presence - with you today, tomorrow, always...

Uncle David stepped up to the plate and took care of me and my family when my Dad (his brother) passed away nearly 20 years ago. I will always be grateful to him and Ella for all they have done for my mother over the years.

Uncle David was smart, witty, and often encouraging to me with my writing and minstry dreams. He is loved and will be missed very very much. I look forward to our grand family reunion some day in Heaven.

Ella, Dave & Cyndi: I love you all and am praying for you during this time. May the comfort and peace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. If you need anything, you know where I am.

Aunt Ella, Cyndi & Dave,

I am so sorry for your loss. You all are in our thoughts and prayers. Please call us if you need anything. Uncle David was very special. He had a big heart, funny personality and had such interesting stories. I'll never forget what all he did for Mama and us after Daddy died. He will be missed. We love you!

I wish to express my sympathy to all Mr. Dyer's family, I'm so sorry to hear of your loss.

Mr. Dyer was my first boss and for 8 years he displayed patience and understanding with such a young and inexperienced worker that I was.

He was always so fair and taught me also to give a good hard days work. I liked what he taught me so much that 27 years later I'm still selling those textbooks to students and have been all my career.

So, thanks Mr. Dyer for being the best boss a young man could ever hope for!
