Beth and I were in school together and I was so very saddened to hear of her passing. I was unaware of her injury but I know she was the kind of girl to keep on fighting! That smile and laugh of hers would like up any room. Rest well now my friend. Your spirit will always shine bright.

Condolences to all of Beth's family. I will grieve for you but rejoice for Beth as she is on a much better place.
We had a great group of friends at North Forsyth High School. Beth was indeed one of the sweetest girls you would ever meet. I, like Scotty and Amber, will always cherish those memories of just "hanging out" and being teenagers.
Rest in Peace Beth,
Mitch

I have been Elizabeth´s nurse for nearly a year and have enjoyed caring for her. Her beautiful smile and her facial expressions would make anyone enjoy her. She was very loved by the staff and many residents. Due to the pandemic I only had the pleasure of speaking to you guys on the phone and meeting you through the back door on her birthday. You are wonderful parents that we will always cherish. Your love was so genuine and amazing. We will miss your kind words that you always spoke to us. You always found a way to make us feel better even in times of stress for you. I feel very lucky to have known you all.

I am so sorry to read about Elizabeth and wanted to send my sympathy especially as I am a descendant of the Tilley's who came over on the Mayflower and my 9th grandmother was Elizabeth Tilley (who married John Howland). I regret I never knew your Elizabeth. Again, my sincere sympathy on your sad loss.

Elizabeth (Beth) was my very first cousin. There would later be more and even though I was five years older than her I felt we were close growing up. As I got older her parent's would let me babysit Beth and Andrew. We spent nights at our grandparent's house and lay awake for hours talking and laughing. She grew up to be a beautiful soul who to me was the most compassionate about life, her children, God and you knew you were loved by her. Elizabeth was a Valkyrie at North Forsyth and I was so proud of her. I remember her laugh, her mannerisms, the way we had so much fun at Christmas playing Bingo. Life moved on as it does and we didn't see each other much. She was the most beautiful bride I had ever seen. Her children were born and grew into young ladies that I know she was most proud of. Even though we didn't see each other much I was happy just knowing she was there. When I first heard of her brain injury I was devastated as was everyone. It wasn't fair, she was so sweet and beautiful why did God allow this? But I knew in my heart that the reasons are not always to be known. There was hope and prayers in the first few days and weeks but then it faded. She was not ever going to be the Elizabeth we had known. I went to see her some when she was first placed at Bermuda Commons. She would light up and I felt she knew me. I am ashamed to say I didn't visit her like I should have and I really don't know why. I have no doubt that my beautiful cousin is in Heaven at the side of Jesus, her grandparent's, our beloved Aunt Nancy and that she is rejoicing. She is healed and will be a guardian angel of Madeline and Mary-Margaret. Her parent's, my Aunt and Uncle provided constant love and care to Elizabeth during this journey. I have seen their love as parents. Your child is your child forever and the love only grows. Rest in peace my darling Elizabeth. I will always love you and never will I forget how precious you were.
