To the family of Mrs. Fannie Mae Cato, I am so sorry for your loss. I am Barbara Moses, I lived on Underwood Ave and Fannie Mae and her family were my neighbors. Fannie Mae was older than my siblings and me. I think her family member Eric Carson went to school at Carver Crest (Cook) with me. Sorry I am just seeing her obituary, but again I am so sorry for your loss. My prayers are with you!

Mother Fannie Cato was a jewel to the body of Christ. She worked as Secretary of the General Missionary Convention for many years. She was Treasurer of the NC Area of the Northwestern District 5th Sunday Missionary. She would go to the fields and gleam the harvest. She would get bread and other items as well. She gave freely to all. Mother Fannie served faithfully and was very committed to her walk with the Lord. She also was our District Superintendent. We will truly miss her presence.
Family, please know that we love you and that we are praying for your strength in God.
God bless,
Deacon Ricky and Ruling Elder Brenda Kirby
