Our little corner of the world has lost a great American.
Norman Rockwell could not have created a more genuine bit of Americana.
George's warm, sincere "tank kew" to every friend and customer displayed the true character of this man.
Thank you, George, for enriching our lives so graciously.

My sympathy is extended to the Ballas family. I didn't know George, but I have many fond memories of eating at his established restaurant. May God bless each of you as you grieve over your loved one.
