Funeral services for Harold M. Penn Jr. will be held at 2:30 p.m., Sunday April 27, 2025, in the chapel of Hooper Funeral Home, with visitation 2 to 2:30 p.m. Interment Monday, Salisbury National Cemetery. His remains may be viewed Saturday, from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m., at the funeral home.
