Mr. Hoyt Leon Gamblin, 71, of Winston-Salem passed away Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2002. He was born April 14, 1931, to Hoyt Lewis Gamblin and Waneda Clodfelter Gamblin Salley in Atlanta, Ga. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Waneda Salley of the home; three children, Ronald K. Gamblin of Salisbury, Greg Gamblin and his wife, Dottie of Salisbury and Patrice Gamblin and her husband, Wesley Tabor of Slidell, La.; two grandchildren, Tabor and Anna; and a sister, Lavinia Cashion of Norfolk, Va. Also surviving are numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. A private service will be held at a later date. Arrangements are under the direction of Vogler & Sons Main Street Chapel.
