If this is the Jerry Sprinkle who worked at Wake Forest Baptist, I have wonderful recall of fun conversations with him in the hallways of the hospital. He was always happy and ready to make a joke. RIP Jerry.

I´m so glad to have the opportunity to say a few words to Jerry´s family. To not only tell his and Brenda´s children how very sorry I was to hear of Jerry´s passing but to tell you what wonderful people your parents were. Carey and I used to play Rook with them and to listen to 60s music with them . Your mother made the best coffee ever and your dad´s beautiful deep voice when he called on the phone saying, Hello Darlin.
I will truly miss both of them, but what´s more, I will always remember them with love. I was with my mother who was having surgery the day I was told Careys mother had died and I left immediately to come to Careys side and when I got home there was Jerry sitting by his side refusing to leave him until I got home . Children you had wonderful parents. They were so good to us...they were so good to you .
