Lily Hanks Obituary

HANKS, LILY ANN, 79, of West Louisville passed away Tuesday, May 15, 2007 at Parkway Medical Center. She was the former Lily Huber a former waitress for the old White Swan Restaurant, and a retired employee of Gray Seal Paint Co. She was preceded in death by her husband, Louis Hanks; brother, George Huber; and sister, Ruth Metz. She is survived by many loving family members and friends. A Mass of celebration for Mrs. Hanks will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Most Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church, 3509 Taylor Blvd. with burial to follow in Louisville Memorial Gardens West. Visitation will be from 2- 8 p.m. Monday at the Southern Home of Arch L. Heady & Son, 3601 Taylor Blvd. Expressions of sympathy may be made the Ky. Humane Society.
