Lowell Levi Tomlinson, 86, of Winston-Salem, passed away at his residence on Monday, Sept. 15, 2025. Lowell was born on May 28, 1939, in Wilkes County to the late Frank and Elsie Tomlinson. He worked as a dedicated truck driver for many years and found great joy in traveling with his beloved wife and spending time at the beach. Lowell was also a proud member of the Masonic Lodge. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Janice Cope. Left to cherish his memory are his loving wife of 65 years, Peggy Hawkins Tomlinson; daughter, Tina Jarvis (Donnie) of Welcome; son, Keith Tomlinson of King; grandchildren, Megan Harris (Dakota), Brittany Andersen (Jesse Turner), and Cheyenne Haynie (Logan); great-grandchildren, Dakoda, Layton, Marin, John, and Julie; brothers, Ricky Tomlinson (Teresa) and Bill Cornett (Barbara); nieces, Tori Holcomb and Tami Mathis; and nephews, Duane and Greg Cornett.
