Ms. Melissa Lee Daniel, 47, of Winston-Salem, passed away on February 10, 2023. She was born in Boone, North Carolina, on February 4, 1976. She was the daughter of Ethan Lee and Vickie (Martin) Lee. She was a loving mother to her son and loved her family.
Melissa was a loyal employee as facilities coordinator at Ralph Lauren for eight years.
Melissa is survived by her parents, Ethan Lee and Vickie Lee; her former husband, Mark Daniel and their son, Will Daniel; her boyfriend, Chris Kennedy; her uncles, Gary Martin, Marvin Martin, and Emery Martin; and many cousins.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Eldese Bradley, Margie Martin, and Billy Martin; as well as her uncle, Chris Martin.
The family will receive friends at Pierce-Jefferson Funeral and Cremation Service - Kernersville Chapel at 213 W. Mountain Street, Kernersville, NC 27284, on Saturday, February 18, 2023, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. Funeral services will follow the visitation beginning at 2:00 p.m. in the chapel with Pastor Don Martin officiating. Interment will be held at Mt. Gur Cemetery, 1050 Cemetery Street, Kernersville, NC.
