Nancy Roach Obituary

ROACH EDEN, NC - Nancy Rhuamer "Susie" Roach, 93, of 122 Buck Road, passed away Monday night, December 22, 2008 at Brian Center of Yanceyville. A graveside service will be held at 2 PM on Friday, December 26, at Ridge-View Memorial Gardens. Mrs. Roach was born November 14, 1915 in Stokes County, to the late Albert Z. and Naomi Fulp Richardson. She was a member of Osborne Baptist Church and was a retiree of Fieldcrest Mills. Surviving are her two sons, Edgar M. Roach, Jr. and wife, Deborah of Chapel Hill, Drewey "Jack" Aaron and wife, Ruth of Eden; grandchildren, Reginald D. Aaron and wife, Ronda of Eden, Gregory Aaron and wife, Louise of Lewisville, Lieutenant Colonel Aldru Todd Aaron and wife, Leslie of Colorado Springs, CO, Ted Roach of Washington, DC, and John Roach of Wrightsville Beach, NC; nine great-grandchildren; brother, Troy W. Richardson of Alberdeen; and sister, Virginia Sands of Aberdeen. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her sisters, Mary, Ruby, Pauline, and Margaret; and brothers, Robert, Jack, Bill, Tommy and Sam Frank. The family will receive friends from 12 noon to 1:30 PM on Friday at Fair Funeral Home and proceed to the cemetery for the graveside rites at 2 pm.
