My sincere condolences to Mr. Cromer's family and a special acknowledgement of his loving son, N. Baxter Cromer, Jr. for his dedication to caring for his father in his last years. I am honored to have had the privilege of meeting Norris Sr. just days prior to his passing.

Norris was one of a kind. A special friend and subcontractor. Norris worked with us from the start of our company in 1976 until his retirement. He went above and beyond in everything he did. He was a dear and treasured friend.
