Peggy Pfaff Obituary

PFAFF PFAFFTOWN - Peggy Lou Harris Pfaff, 77, passed away Sunday, September 19, 2010, at Kate B. Reynolds Hospice Home. She was born in Yadkin, NC on July 25, 1933. Survivors include a son, Thomas (Tommy) Mark Pfaff and wife, Charlene; two grandchildren, Jennifer and Mark Pfaff; one brother, Dan Harris; two sisters, Vera Wilkins and Judy Harris; sisters-in-law, Dane Bryant and Mary Hill; brother-in-law, Jimmy Pfaff and wife Pat. She was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Jack Pfaff; son, Jeffery Allen Pfaff; her parents, Everett Harris and Fannie Long Harris; her sister, Barbara Sparks; and her brothers, Jack Harris and Calvin (CW) Harris. Peggy graduated from West Yadkin High School before moving to Winston-Salem where she met her future husband, Jack. She held the position of Office Manager for Towne Jewelers retiring after 45 years service. She loved gardening, bowling, and travel. A Graveside Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 23, at Forsyth Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 7:00 p.m. 9:00 p.m. on Wednesday, September 22, at Voglers Reynolda Road Chapel. Memorials may be made to Hospice and Palliative Care Center, 101 Hospice Lane, Winston-Salem, NC 27103. Peggy was loved by many and had a special place in her heart for family, children and animals.

Tommy, Meemaw, Aunt pat and uncle jimmy I'm sorry for your loss. Aunt Peggy will always be with us in our hearts and she is in a better place now. If you need anything please let me know. Love you very much. Lane and Bryson
