Riley Adkins Obituary
Boonville - Ms. Riley Dawn Adkins, 14, and Sophie Brooke Adkins, 5, left this world too soon on Wednesday, May 19, 2021. Riley was born March 18, 2007; Sophie was born December 31, 2015, both in Forsyth County to Robbie Gray and Brittany Dawn Wolfe Adkins.
Riley enjoyed skateboarding, art, playing soccer, and music. She lived for eating Mexican food and Taco Bell. Sophie loved dancing, singing, playing Barbies with Molly, and jumping on the trampoline. Her personality came through her facial expressions and her funny disposition.
Riley and Sophie were preceded in death by a grandmother, Tracy Sprinkle Riazzi; a grandfather, Richard Adkins, and a special aunt, Brooke Wolfe. They are survived by their parents, Robbie and Brittany Adkins; a sister, Molly Adkins; grandparents, Michael (Christine) Wolfe and Jayne (Eddie) Hill; a great-grandmother, JoAnn Dudley; cousins, Zoey and Mallie Tucker. Faith Peterson, Kyle Smith, Larken and Cypress Hawks, Kinsey and Ella Adkins, Elliott and Violet Domeier, Olive and Haddon Hall, and Zahir, Amira, and Chaim Stephens; aunts and uncles, Kaley Wolfe (Aaron), Chloe Wolfe (Shawn), Brandi (Anthony) Stephens, Kelend Hawks (Laura Ann), Brock (Kristen) Adkins, Renee Jacobs, Jared Hill (Kristopher), and Jasmine (Charles) Hall; Godparents, Dana and Mark Walker; and many loving great-aunts and uncles and special cousins.
A funeral service will be conducted at 4:00PM, Saturday, May 29, 2021 at Gentry Family Chapel in Yadkinville with Pastor Nick Poindexter and Pastor Smith Sharpe officiating. Burial will follow at Mt. Pleasant UMC Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday, May 28, 2021 from 2:00 to 6:00PM and Saturday, May 29th from 1:00 to 3:30PM at the funeral home.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to Brenner Children's Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC.
The family wishes to express their sincere appreciation to Yadkin County EMS, NC Highway Patrol, local fire departments and first responders. Also, a special thank you to 8th floor Brenner's, and 9th and 10th floor WFBMC for the loving care given to Molly and Brittany.

I’m so sorry robbie, brittany, and molly. this breaks my heart. riley will forever be my bestfriend and I’m glad I go to spend time with her and call her my bestfriend. It’s so sad to see her go at such a young age.
