BANNER WINSTON-SALEM Ronald Lovell Banner April 19, 1950 - June 13, 2012 Mr. Ronald Lovell Banner was born April 19, 1950 in Winston-Salem, NC. He passed away on Wednesday, June 13, 2012. He was educated in the Brooklyn New York School Systems, graduating from Franklin K. Lane High School. Mr. Banner was preceded in death by his parents Myrtle Banner Coad and Scott Perry; and brother, Rickey Coad. He leaves to cherish dear memories two sons, Sirr Wright and Ronald Wright; one daughter, Maralah Wright; five grandchildren, Sirr, Ronald, Sierra Leone, Ashiya, and Deandre all of Norfolk, VA; four brothers, Don Coad (Desiree) of Bronx, NY, Darrell Coad, Craig Coad, and Sharpe Pitts (Carla) all of Winston-Salem, NC; three sisters, Sharon Coad, Debra Coad Thompson (Rodney) and Chiquita Coad all of Winston-Salem, NC; a devoted friend, Marguerita Bowman and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, June 21 at New Hope Missionary Baptist Church. Interment will follow in Piedmont Memorial Gardens. The family visitation will be held from 1 to 2 p.m. on Thursday at the Church. Online condolences can be made at www.russellfuneralservice.com (RUSSELL)
