Ruby was a threefold blessing through the years: her beautiful music, her deep and abiding faith, and her caring friendship. She joins the ranks of those "who have gone before us" leaving a legacy for us to emulate. My thoughts and prayers are with you all.

Just trying to imagine the vast celebration going on in Heaven! Safe in the arms of Jesus; greeting family who arrived previously; meeting the saints and Bible giants; all that and so much more. And -- Ruby, in her glorified body, walking straight, no pain, no sorrow. What a day in Heaven! Truly, our loss is Heaven's gain. While we rejoice for Ruby, we are left with such a deep pain of loss. Our sorrow is for ourselves - not Ruby! For now, ours is to continue this journey; but Heaven is not far off! We will soon join Ruby and all our other loved ones! Until then, God will sustain us, empower us, strengthen us, and collect our tears. He will touch our pain and help us to get back on our feet and heading towards "Home." His heart is touched with our grief. My love and prayers are with you.
