Ms. Ruby Mae Murray Byrd White was born in Mullins, South Carolina to the late Robert and Maybell Murray Sr. Ms. White loved baking and cooking and retired from K&W Cafeterias after 15 years of service. Spiritually, she was a member of Galilee Missionary Baptist Church. She departed this life Thursday, December 22, 2022 at her residence. Those left to cherish dear memories are her four children, Monalisa Byrd, Tyrone (Michelle) Byrd, Delray Byrd, and Lugenia Byrd; ten grandchildren; a host of great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be held 1 p.m. Friday, December 30, 2022 at Galilee Missionary Baptist Church with family visitation preceding at 12:30 p.m. Interment will follow services in Gardens of Memory, Walkertown.
