Agnes L. Lindert

November 15, 1925 - December 14, 2024

COLUMBUS - Agnes L. Lindert, 99, of Columbus passed away on Saturday, December 14, 2024, at Randolph Health Services.

Agnes was born on November 15, 1925, to August and Lydia (Grueneberg) Hannemann. She was married to Harold W. Lindert on November 26, 1946. Agnes was a longtime member of Zion Ev. Lutheran Church in Columbus.

Agnes is survived by her children, Marjorie (Ronald) Thiede, Karen Dykstra, Helen Nehmer, Loren Lindert, and Robert (Connie) Lindert all of Columbus; 12 grandchildren; many great-grandchildren; as well as nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband Harold in 2009; and sons-in-law Glenn Dykstra and James Nehmer.

A private funeral service will be held at Zion Lutheran Church in Columbus. Rev. Benjamin Zuberbier will officiate. Interment will take place at Hillside Cemetery in Columbus.

Agnes' family would like to thank the staff of Randolph Health Services and the Hillside Hospice team for all their care and support.

I am so sorry to hear of your sorrow. Your Mother was always so sweet to me. I know there is nothing to take away your sorrow at this time but know she is in a better place. Maybe she and my Mom are sharing stories of their girls. Someday we all will be together again. God Bless you all!
