In Loving Memory Deborah M. Dupont July 3, 1956 – April 3, 2025 TABERG, NY – It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Deborah M. Dupont, 68, of Taberg, NY; who passed away peacefully on Thursday, April 3, 2025, after a brief illness with her loving family by her side. She was born on July 3, 1956 in Rome, NY; the daughter of Walter and Flora (Mary) Szablewski. Deborah lived a fulfilling life. She loved to take care of her two horses. She retired from Harden Furniture after 17 years. She was currently working at McDonald's in Rome in her retirement. She especially enjoyed going on vacation with the love of her life, Paul. She enjoyed being outdoors and maintaining her property (mowing). She will be sadly missed by her siblings as well as many grandchildren. She was pre-deceased by her parents, Walter and Flora (Mary); along with siblings Charlene Stewart and Steve Szablewski. Debroah is survived by her loving husband Paul of 25 years; Her children, William and Karen Szablewski and Tom and Danielle Szablewski, Joseph and Crystal Marshall, Steve Marshall (Christine) and Angel Devoe (Steve); her grandchildren, Kaylee, Abby, Ryan, Marissa, McKenzie, Breann, Zack, Brittany, Chirstyn and Chad; as well as several great-grandchildren; sisters, Margaret Borst and Terry (Mark) Dyer; and several nieces and nephews. A Funeral Service to celebrate Deborah's life will be held at 1 p.m. on Wednesday, April 9, 2025 from LaRobardiere Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, Camden, NY. Burial will follow in St. Mary's Cemetery, Rome, NY. Relatives and Friends are invited to Calling Hours from 11 a.m. – 1 p.m. at the funeral home, prior to the service.
