Kenneth Storrer Obituary

Kenneth W. "Kay" Storrer, age,100 of Eaton, passed away on Sunday, October 5, 2025, at the Crouse Community Center, Morrisville. He was born April 24, 1925, in Eaton, a son of the late Herman and Adelle (Abbott) Storrer. He began his education in Eaton schools before graduating from Morrisville High School where he was a member of the Future Farmers of America (FFA). On June 15, 1952, he married Molly Montezinos, she predeceased him following 60 years of marriage on June 29, 2012. Mr. Storrer was the owner/operator of the Storrer Family Jersey Farm in Eaton until his retirement. He also, dedicated many years of work to GLF (later AGWAY) as a truck driver until retirement. He enjoyed attending the New York State Fair. At the fair, he competed with his roosters in crowing contests, showed his rabbits, and served as a judge. He loved birdwatching, especially his trips to Montezuma Swamp, watching the flocks as they migrated. Surviving are his two sons and daughter-in-law, Michael and Erin Storrer of Gleneden Beach, OR, Jeffrey Storrer of Eaton; grandchildren, Ivy Alice Storrer, Morgan Travis Storrer, Dane Richard Storrer all of Fort Collins, CO; two sisters, Ann Pounds of Hamilton, Betty Webber of Stow, OH and 2 nieces. He predeceased by his daughter, Sue A. Storrer, on September 10, 2025. Kays wishes are that services and interment be private at the convenience of the family.
