Patrick D. Farley

1962 - 2024

TOWN OF OHIO - Patrick Dennis Farley earned his wings September 12 after a courageous battle with neuroendocrine pancreatic cancer. Patrick was born December 5, 1962 to William and Janet Farley. As Patrick grew up his thirst for knowledge led him to mastering skills in carpentry, woodworking, masonry, electrical, plumbing, heavy equipment, animal husbandry, agriculture, mechanics, troubleshooting, culinary arts, alternative and unique problem solving. In 1989 Patrick found the love of his life, Anne Huntington, and together they started all new adventures after buying 14 acres in the foothills of the Adirondacks. In 1991 Aaron joined the adventure and in 1992 Cory joined. Patrick is predeceased by his Mom and Dad; sister, RoxAnn; and brothers, Jack and Gregg. Patrick is survived by his wife, Anne Huntington Farley; sons, Aaron (Katrina) and Cory Farley; his sister, Christine McGregor; nieces and nephews, which include Charles Farley, Melissa Farley, Airik (Ren) Farley, Lisa Wray, Kimmy (Kendra) Farley, Bill (Leslie) McGregor and Shawn McGregor; and many grand and great nieces and nephews. Patrick was many things to many people. He did not believe in the quantity of friends, but rather the quality of friends. He believed in creating positive memories. You would see Patrick sitting around joking with friends, teaching skills, learning new skills, discussing problems and brainstorming with loved ones, enjoying a good old time western, cooking for a reunion, giving horsey rides to the little ones and tickling them until they cried, and cuddling. Yes, Pat will be missed by so many but he is no longer in pain.
