In Loving Memory
Stephen P. Christmas
July 29, 1952 - May 21, 2025
CAMDEN, NY - It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Stephen P. Christmas. Steve passed away in his home on May 21, 2025 at the age of 72. Steve was born on July 29, 1952 and was a graduate of Camden High School, class of 1970.
Steve married the love of his life, Deborah Choquette, on May 26, 1973 and they were happily married until the time of his passing. He worked at Camden Collision for 28 years and would later start and run B&K Auto Body, LLC. He loved to keep busy and offer a helping hand and would often spend his spare time calling friends, customers and fellow church goers to see how they were doing, brighten their day and offer any assistance.
Steve is survived by his loving wife Deborah, son Kyle and wife Angela, son Bryan and wife Jennifer, grandchildren George, soon-to-be-born Oliver, Karrington, Kaden, Karston, brother John Gerber and sisters Dawn Gerber and Cindy Isensee. Steve had many wonderful people come into his life that he loved dearly and we are forever thankful for all of them. He also was greatly impacted spiritually by his time attending Queen Village Bible Church and Parkside Bible Church.
There are no calling hours as per Steve's wishes, but there will be a Celebration of Life at 11:30 a.m. on Saturday, May 31, 2025 from Queen Village Bible Church, 10050 Wolcott Hill Rd., Camden, NY 13316. Right after the service at Queen Village Bible Church there will be a reception and get-together in the community room at Parkside Bible Church, 101 Church Street, Camden, NY 13316. Arrangements are in care of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, Camden.
In lieu of flowers please donate to Camden Ambulance, Camden Fire Department or Queen Village Bible Church.
The family would also like to extend their gratitude towards members and volunteers for the Camden Fire Department, ambulance and EMTS who do selfless and amazing work and helped us the best they could, to Pastor David Bubb and his wife Merrilee who have helped us immensely and to all family and friends who have reached out and helped us. Thank you.
