Tod Aley Obituary

In Loving Memory Tod E. Aley April 30, 1964 - March 21, 2025 BLOSSVALE, NY - Tod E. Aley, 60, of Blossvale, NY; passed away on Friday, March 21, 2025 after his battle with ALS. Tod was born on April 30, 1964 to Allen and Dorothy Aley. Tod was a "jack of all trades." He worked as a mechanic, a cook and a contractor. He was the owner of the Sunrise Café in Canastota, NY and Aley Construction in addition to being a sub-contractor for AJ Foster Construction. Tod was an extremely creative and meticulous worker. He was an avid outdoorsman and enjoyed snowmobiling, hiking, hunting, fishing, motorcycling and four-wheeling. Tod was a member of the NRA. He was predeceased by his parents Allen Paul Aley Sr. and Dorothy June Archer Aley. Tod is survived by his son Steven Aley; his daughter Morgan (Mark Lubecki) Aley; his significant other, Diane Horth; his three sisters, Karen (Ken Fraser) Graham, Lisa (Mike) Brazie and Brenda (David)Kowalski; his brother Allen Aley Jr.; his two grandchildren Mason and Madelyn Lubecki; and special friends Andrew and Tommy Foster. A Celebration of Tod's Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements are in care of LaRobardiere Funeral Home, 109 Main Street, Camden, NY. I have known Todd for only a short time. But during that time I came to the understanding that he was a good man with many great traits and accomplishments. Best of all one of them being a kind and personable man. I am very sorry for the entire Aley family on the passing of Todd. May his memory remain through you.
